Nicole Butts is an accomplished Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) executive, strategist, coach, facilitator, and public speaker who specializes in transforming executives into inclusive and equitable organizational leaders. As a facilitator of learning and challenging cultural dialogues, Nicole creates welcoming and safe spaces for people to engage, explore, and grow. Each person is at a different point in their personal and professional DEI journeys and Nicole meets them where they are. She makes difficult conversations easy and facilitates growth dialogue. During her 20-year career, she has built multiple inaugural DEI offices and coached, trained, and counseled senior leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. She has served as a chief diversity officer; a director of employee diversity, inclusion, and climate; director of equal employment; and an executive consultant. Nicole is the founder of NLYB Solutions, a DEI consulting firm helping executives, executive teams, and organizations courageously and effectively navigate personal, professional, and organizational DEI journeys. NLYB Solutions was recognized as a Top Ten Emerging Diversity & Inclusion Companies of 2021 by HR Tech Outlook magazine. Nicole is the creator of SHIFT, a transformational five-step framework for creating systemic, effective, measurable and sustainable DEI cultural change and organizational outcomes.

She provides oversight and support to the ERG leaders. Janel has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion for all professionals in the workplace. She was recognized as a Top Player at her company for consistently succeeding DEI initiatives.

Leonora Miller is the Crew (employee) Resource Group (CRG) program manager in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Vanguard, where she is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the employee resource group strategy. Prior to Vanguard, Leonora led the development and execution of global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs to increase the diverse talent pipeline for Veterans and Global Technology for JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPMC). During her tenure at JPMC, she managed the global technology hubs and led the Agile transformation for the supply chain optimization organization. As a Diversity & Inclusion leader, she co-chaired the business resource group focused on the black community and was a DEI Council Member. Leonora earned a Master of Science degree from Wilmington University. She also is a certified diversity professional and author of “be the Change: A 30-day Journey towards a new YOU”.

Errica Rivera joined State Auto in March of 2008 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. After serving in that capacity for a few years, Errica was asked to transition to the role of Community Relations Officer. Since then, Errica has held a number of roles at State Auto, from Business Partner for the Western Regional office to her current role leading Culture and Inclusion for the organization. Since the development of future business leaders and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the work place are areas of passion for Errica, she has actively participated in and organized various community initiatives designed to target diverse audiences. Errica currently serves on the Insurance Council of Texas Education Foundation Board of Trustees, Independent Insurance Agents of Texas ‘ELITExas’ (young agents) Advisory Council, Texas Risk and Insurance Professionals Society (TRIPS) Board Member, National InVEST Board Member, Lincoln Theater Board of Trustees (Emeritus), Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation Advisory Council and University of Texas at Dallas Risk Management Advisory Council. Errica is the founder of the Harding University African American Alumni Association. In 2019, Rivera was honored with the Insurance Industry Leader of the Year award by the National African American Insurance Association/DFW chapter, in 2020 by Insurance Business America for Leading the Change in the insurance industry and in 2021 by the National Diversity Council as a Inclusion Champion and the National African American Insurance Association (national office) as Corporate Leader of the Year.
